Medical intern found dead in Limpopo dorm room
Limpopo police found the decomposed body of a 24-year-old medical intern in her dorm room at Mankweng Hospital on Sunday.
Police made the discovery after breaking down the locked door of Sbongile Pretty Nkwashu’s room.

Limpopo police spokesperson Motlafela Mojapelo says the hospital’s management had earlier raised alarm.
The cause of Nkwashu’s death remains unclear.
“We can confirm that the police Mankweng have opened a case of inquest following the discovery of a body of an intern doctor in the rooms of the hospital and the discovery was made on Sunday,” says Mojapelo.
“The cause of the death is not yet determined but the police investigations are still continuing.”
