MiWay email 'doctored'
Updated | By Laila Majiet
Insurance company MiWay says the email circulating on social media is the work of a dissatisfied client.
The email states the company will reject 90% of black people's claims.
It also refers to black people as baboons.
But, MiWay CEO Rene Otto is adamant the email was doctored.
"We have traced the origins of the email. A client whose claim we didn't pay, and rightfully so, sent it."
The email caused a social media furore.
Many Twitter users are not buying the company's explanation.
