This after the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) decided not to prosecute anyone for the alleged poisoning of Zuma.

Ntuli-Zuma’s lawyer Ulrich Roux says she wants those behind the allegations “punished for it”.

The decision to not prosecute Ntuli-Zuma comes after the NPA decided not hold anyone accountable for the alleged poisoning of the former president.

Roux says Ntuli-Zuma is considering taking action against the State Security Agent (SSA), the NPA and the police.

It’s been more than five years since MaNtuli-Zuma was accused of poisoning Zuma, which subsequently led to her being thrown out of her Nkandla home by then State Security Minister David Mahlobo.

“She has now been vindicated. It has come to the fore that there was never any plot to kill Jacob Zuma let alone that my client was involved in any such plot,” says Roux.
