Nurse arrested for forcing woman to eat dog faeces
Police have arrested a 38-year-old Tygerberg Hospital nurse after she was seen in a video on social media forcing another woman to eat dog faeces.
She appeared at the Goodwood Magistrates Court in Cape Town on Friday on charges of assault, intimidation and crimen injuria.
"The suspect was remanded in custody,” says Western Cape police spokesperson FC van Wyk.
It's alleged that the suspect accused the 27-year-old woman of cheating with her boyfriend.
In the video, the nurse can be heard saying: "Eat. I will show you what I do with (cheaters). That is not my k*k, it is my dog's k*k."
The hospital confirmed that it is investigating the matter.
"We can confirm that we are still busy with investigations into the allegations," said the hospitals's spokesperson, Laticia Pienaar.
The nurse is expected to make another court appearance this week.
