One killed in Centurion truck crash
A collision between a heavy-duty vehicle and an SUV on the N1 in Centurion has left one person dead.
The two vehicles crashed near the John Vorster off-ramp on Wednesday morning.
Emer-G-Med Spokesperson Kyle van Reenen said the vehicles collided, left the roadway, and overturned before crashing into a steel support structure.
The driver of the SUV was found to have sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on the scene, while the passenger suffered minor injuries.
