[PICS] Light aircraft crashes in Springs

According to Pieter Rudolph of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality's Emergency Medical Services (EMS), an instructor and trainer pilot were involved in the incident.
A light aircraft has crashed in Springs in the East of Johannesburg.
According to Pieter Rudolph of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality's Emergency Medical Services (EMS), an instructor and trainer pilot were involved in the incident.

"Both of them were transported by Ekurhuleni ambulance services to different hospitals," says Rudolph, noting that they did not suffer serious injuries.
Rudolph says EMS services are stabilising the scene and awaiting the arrival of the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA).
