It is alleged that the constable had an argument with the youngest of the siblings about noise coming from his house on Saturday night.

According to police, an altercation then broke out between the 38-year-old and the 24-year-old brother before going their separate ways.

Acting spokesperson for the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) Sontaga Seisa says when the brothers met up again another altercation broke out, this time involving a third sibling.
