Presidency accepts Sona suggestions
The Presidency on Thursday said they accept the stream of suggestions on Twitter and Facebook for President Jacob Zuma’s State of the Nation Address.
The address will take place in Parliament on Thursday 12 February.
South Africans took to Twitter and Facebook urging the president to speak on issues of Xenophobia, National Student Financial aid Scheme budget land ownership and South Africa’s role in peace-keeping missions.

University students from Wits, TUT and other FET college’s protested in recent weeks over the shortfall of NSFAS funding.
Presidency spokesperson Mac Maharaj says all inputs are valuable and will be taken into account.
The EFF has threatened to disrupt Zuma’s address.
