Seven wandering Bonnievale crocs euthanised
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Seven crocodiles have been euthanised after they were recaptured near their breeding farm in Bonnievale in the Western Cape.

They were recaptured along with 27 others which escaped through a hole in a fence.
It is not clear how many of these young crocodiles escaped the farm.
The farm owner has over 5000 crocodiles.
Cape Nature's Petro van Rhyn says an investigation has been launched into the farm owner.
"Cape Nature is distraught by the extreme measures this operation is now requiring. We need to emphasize that the onus is on wildlife owners to strictly adhere to permit regulations,"
