Suspect caught after using the bank cards of murdered young teacher

A 40-year old man has been arrested in connection with the
murder of a young teacher from the North West.
The body of the 25-year old Khumontle Mokgosi was discovered at her rented place in Magong village near Mogwase by neighbours and members of the School Governing Body (SGB) after she did not report for duty.
Mokgosi was a high school Life Orientation teacher.
North West police spokersperson, Brigadier Sabata Mokgwabone, says the suspect was arrested in the Dinokana village outside Zeerust on Friday, five days after the murder.
Mokgosi’s body was found with her hands and feet tied.
It is suspected that she died due to strangulation.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Mogwasi Magistrates' court on Monday, 6 July 2020.
