Two Limpopo dept heads suspended

Limpopo premier Stan Mathabatha suspended two provincial department heads on Monday for alleged financial misconduct.

   

His spokesman Kenny Mathivha said Mathabatha suspended co-operative governance and traditional affairs department head Nana Manamela and Morebudi Thamaga of the education department.

   

"The premier has... put on precautionary suspension [the two] heads of department," Mathivha said. Manamela and Thamaga served under former premier Cassel Mathale.
