Two men in court for possession of dagga

Two men were expected to appear in the Madikwe Magistrate’s Court, outside Rustenburg on Monday for possession of dagga with an estimated street value of R9000, North West police said.
Spokesman Captain Paul Ramaloko said the two were arrested separately on Friday during an operation by the Lehurutshe Crime Intelligence and Zeerust K9 unit.
“At Sesibitswe village the police found 2.560kg of dagga valued at R6000 and a 51-year- old man was arrested,” he said.
Ramaloko said the second man, aged 59 years old, was arrested at Brakuil village with dagga with an estimated street value of R3000. -ANA
