WATCH: Controversial DA billboard vandalised

The Democratic Alliance’s (DA) controversial #TheANCIsKillingSA billboard - put up in Johannesburg on Wednesday – has been vandalised.
A video is circulating on social media showing three people ripping the billboard.
The opposition party launched the campaign on Wednesday, with party leader Mmusi Maimane reading out the names of victims who had lost their lives in the Marikana massacre, the Life Esidimeni tragedy, and children who had died after falling into pit toilets.
The names of the victims also appear on the billboard.

The party's provincial leader, John Moodey, says the campaign was not aimed at capitalising on the hurt and pain of the families.
"It is - I believe - our responsibility to ensure that something like this does not get repeated ever again and it is sometimes painful when things like these are once more highlighted," Moodey says.
It has been reported angry family members were responsible. However, Life Esidimeni family spokesperson Christine Nxumalo says she doesn’t believe family members would take it that far.
"Families are angry, but I truly don't think that they would go that far.”
