WEATHER: Scattered thundershowers expected

Severe thunderstorms leading to possible heavy downpours and localised flooding is expected over the southern Highveld and escarpment of Mpumalanga, the north-eastern Free State and the western parts of KwaZulu-Natal.
Gauteng: Morning fog patches over the highveld, otherwise cloudy at times and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers.
Pretoria: 15 / 24
Johannesburg: 14 / 22
Mpumalanga: Cloudy at times and cool with morning fog patches on the highgrounds, otherwise scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the Lowveld where it will be warm.
Mbombela: 20 / 25
Emalahleni: 15 / 21
Limpopo: Hot over western Bushveld and Limpopo Valley, otherwise cloudy at times and warm with scattered showers and thundershowers in the south, otherwise isolated.
Polokwane: 15 / 27
North West: Partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers in the east but scattered in the north-east. It will be hot in the west.
Rustenburg: 16 / 29
Free State: Fine in the west, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers, but scattered in the north-east.
Bloemfontein: 14 / 30
Northern Cape: Fine and warm to hot but cool along the coast with morning fog patches.
Kimberley: 15 / 32
Western Cape: Fine and warm to hot but cool in places along the coast where cloudy at first. Fog patches are expected along the south-coast in the morning.
Cape Town: 15 / 25
Eastern Cape: Cloudy in the morning becoming partly cloudy and cool but warm in the north-west. Isolated showers and thundershowers are expected in the east.
Port Elizabeth: 15 / 23
KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool with scattered showers and thundershowers but isolated in the north.
