Mandela tweeted on Friday morning that her mother, Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, and others suffered at the hands of the apartheid police while De Klerk was president.

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) disrupted proceedings for an hour on Thursday night, demanding that De Klerk leave the sitting and describing him as a mass murderer.
