The weekends tend to be shopping days for most, so why not turn ‘going to the shops’ into a bit of a weight-loss weekend? Park a bit further away from the entrance, those extra few steps can really help. When shopping make sure to keep some fruit with you or for all the ladies out there have a low calorie snack in your handbag this will help stop your cravings and instead of splurging on ice cream or fatty foods! So shop ahead to a healthier you!
