Set goals!

This is a must, and a great way to set yourself a goal for the week! You are less likely to visit your local take away outlet if you have a menu planned and a few dishes made beforehand! Make a list of everything you will need for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, then head to the shops and make your life just that much easier. Remember many shops have veggies you can just pop into the microwave for a few minutes and voila! A great tasting healthy snack that will give you energy and nutrients for those hard working days
