The start of the week and let’s make sure you are on your way to a great start! It boils down to one thing. Are you using all the calories going into your body? Pay attention to the foods you eat and portion size and make sure you are getting enough physical activity to use up all the calories you have taken in. The calories you don’t use inevitably turn to fat which will mean you will either need to exercise more or eat less. Yes different foods have different calories so make sure you are getting in enough protein per meal and then have a careful look at the carbohydrates and fats you are consuming
