Arod: "This is an exercise that you can do at home that Is GREAT for abs!
Lie on your back on the floor.
Lift your legs up.
Straighten your right leg and bend your left.
By doing this you also exercise your lower abs as well as your upper and sides.
So one leg straight and one leg bend, crunch upwards (I have mentioned this before, try and touch the ceiling with your nose).
Do this 5 times, then on the 5th crunch hold the crunch and then swop legs and do 5 another 5 crunches!
This is an AMAZING exercise and you will feel the burn the next day! Here is the video:
