Twenty-one races for 2019 F1 season, 1,000th race in China

World motorsports' governing body (FIA) on Friday confirmed that the 2019 Formula One season will consist of 21 races, starting in Australia on March 17 and ending in Abu Dhabi on December 1.

Next year will also see the sport's 1,000th grand prix take place in China on April 14.
