Adam Lambert comes back with a bang
Updated | By Kriya Gangiah
If you are an Adam Lambert fan you are going to be super excited that he has announce the release of his new album. You can expect the new album “The Original High” to be dropped on June 16.
In the mean time however Lambert has release the very first single of the album and we must admit its not really what we expected.
If you are familiar with his music this would be what you were expecting.
When you start listening to “Ghost Town” it brings back all the American Idol memories but once you get into it, you see a whole new side of him.
“Ghost Town” was produced with Swedish hit-makers Max Martin and Shellback, who have overseen the whole album. Lambert says that it showcases a new, pared-down sound.
“I've done the more bubblegum stuff, I've done the camp stuff, and now I want to encourage people to face their sh**,” he added.
“I want to show them the part of me that's not all polished… I want it to be real, you know?”
Take a listen and let us know what you think.
Hey @adamlambert I reallyreally like #GhostTown lyrics! And what you said about the meaning of TOH struck my soul, made me think. TY! <3
