Nothing is quite the conversation starter like the release of a much-anticipated movie.
Since 2022 holds many exciting movie releases, we have decided to share our top five upcoming movies.

For this list, we'll only be looking at upcoming movies that are confirmed to be released in 2022.
So anything from the next 'Mission Impossible' installment to the confirmed prequel for 'Hunger Games' did not make the list.
Here are our Top 5:
5. 'Lightyear'
Buzz Lightyear embarks on an intergalactic adventure with a group of ambitious recruits and his robot companion.
4. 'Thor: Love and Thunder'
Thor embarks on a journey unlike anything he's ever faced - a quest for inner peace. However, his retirement gets interrupted by Gorr the God Butcher, a galactic killer who seeks the extinction of the gods.
3. 'Pinocchio'
A father's wish magically brings a wooden boy to life in Italy, giving him a chance to care for the child.
2. 'Elvis'
Elvis Presley rises to fame in the 1950s while maintaining a complex relationship with his manager, Colonel Tom Parker.
1. 'Avatar: The Way of Water'
Jake Sully and Ney'tiri have formed a family and are doing everything they can to stay together. However, they must leave their home and explore the regions of Pandora. When an ancient threat resurfaces, Jake must fight a difficult war against the humans.
Friday is also an exciting day for fans of the 'Jurassic Park' franchise, as it is officially being released in South Africa.
