Midrand shopping center robbers arrested

The suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
Swift action by the Lyttelton SAPS resulted in the arrest of two suspects, aged 27 and 42, on a charge of theft on 23 October 2020.
The duo robbed a man (71) of his bank card while withdrawing money at an ATM at the Sanridge Shopping Centre in Midrand.

Despite security guards attempting to stop the suspects, they managed to flee the scene, only being apprehended shortly after the incident. The suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
In the video one can see car guards throwing stones at the vehicle, however the two suspects got away at the time.
