Williams has dominated the grass at Wimbledon and won seven of her 23 Grand Slam titles at this tournament. But never did we think that she would be on a grass diet?!

In an interview with The Times, Williams revealed that she is on a grass diet, which she consumes in the form of a smoothie.

According to Williams, grass helps stave off injuries and illnesses. "It's a nightmare, but it works," she said.

On Tuesday, Williams withdrew from the Italian Open before her second-round match against sister Venus Williams because of a previously injured left knee.
