While BBC presenter Ros Atkinson was reporting from Downing Street, the camera quickly cut back to the studio for a moment.

As the camera cut back to the studio, news anchor Tim Willcox was seen scrolling through his phone with his feet up on the news desk.
The moment was incredibly brief as the camera quickly cut back to Atkinson.
In the brief moment, Willcox realised he was on camera and could be seen quickly returning to presenter mode to give his report.
