WATCH: Adorable young boy stops to hug every delivery driver

With the rapid growth of food and grocery delivery services, delivery drivers have become a major topic of conversation in South Africa.
While some brands have managed to create a positive perception of their drivers, there is often a lot of negativity regarding delivery drivers and their road tactics.
Luckily, an adorable young toddler showed us the power of being kind and compassionate towards your fellow humans.
Three-year-old Slater’s mom, Amber-Leigh Magnus, shared a video of her young man hugging every Checkers Sixty60 delivery driver he saw while out shopping.
According to Good Things Guy, Magnus and her children were out shopping in Durban North when Slater started hugging the delivery drivers.
“After his babychino, Slater was SO pumped that he started hugging every Checkers Sixty60 driver who walked past… and every single one hugged him back,” Magnus wrote.
By hug number four, the proud mom started filming her son to share the feel-good moment.
“I am so glad that I pulled out my phone when he was on like his fourth hug,” she told Good Things Guy.
“There is often so much negativity around delivery drivers; it’s nice for people to see that they are humans too.”
The video has garnered a lot of positive feedback, with many South Africans sharing love for the little boy.
“This little boy is pure love, and today he reminded us how powerful a simple hug can be,” the proud mom said.
