There’s a new baby on the way!
Congratulations are in order for former Miss South Africa Natasha Joubert and her husband Enrico Vermaak.
The stunning couple took to social media on Monday, 27 October, to share the exciting news that they are expecting their first child together.
"The last five months... we've been keeping the sweetest secret," the couple wrote on Instagram.

The caption was shared alongside a beautiful video showing the Miss South Africa 2023 winner proudly displaying her adorable baby bump during a golden-hour beach shoot.

Celebrities share their congratulations
Comments from fans and South African celebrities streamed in on social media, congratulating the Vermaaks.
"Congratulations, my Tash. OMG," wrote media personality Bonang Matheba.
"Congratulations, beautiful. Soooo special. Sooo beautiful," said former Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie.
"Oh my word, YAYYYYY!! I had a feeling at the @the_laserlab_sa shoot. So, so bly vir julle!" wrote presenter and actress Marciel Hopkins.
"Awwwwww julle! Huge congratulations to you both," said another former Miss South Africa, Ndavi Nokeri.
Natasha Joubert Miss South Africa 2023
Natasha Joubert was crowned Miss South Africa on Sunday, 13 August 2023, at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria.
The Centurion-born beauty queen was the first runner-up at the Miss SA 2020 competition, which led to her representing South Africa at Miss Universe.
She decided to compete in the pageant again in 2023, where she finally took the crown.

Earlier this year, Natasha also celebrated "the best day of her life" when she and her husband, affectionately known as Sakkie, got married.
New Miss South Africa
On Saturday, 25 October, Qhawekazi Mazaleni was crowned Miss South Africa 2025.
Originally from Gonubie, East London (and now residing in Randburg), Mazaleni holds a Speech, Language, and Hearing Therapy degree from Stellenbosch University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Pretoria, focusing on Autism.
Making a difference in her community is important to her, and her biggest contribution has been through her therapeutic work in bridging cultural and linguistic gaps in speech therapy while remaining informed about our political, economic, and social worlds.

Her motto: "It's only embarrassing if you're embarrassed. Don't be afraid to be seen trying."
The judging panel included former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe runner-up Dr Tamaryn Green, journalist Heidi Gioko, actress Cindy Mahlangu, former Miss South Africa Ndavi Nokeri, and brand strategist Thebe Ikalafeng.
