Iconic South African TV show making a comeback
One of South Africa's most beloved TV shows will soon be returning to TV screens across the country.
South Africa's iconic lifestyle show 'Top Billing' is set to return to S3 in March 2026, and fans couldn't be more excited.
Executive producer Bradley van den Berg dropped the big news during a 'Top Billing' reunion event featuring some of the show's much-loved presenters.
"We are proud to announce that in March 2026, 'Top Billing' is back," Van den Berg said.
The stylish lifestyle series was cancelled in 2019 after a 25-year run, but reruns have remained a hit.

"People were tuning in," Van den Berg explained.
"We were looking at the audience numbers, and they were still in the top 10. People still wanted Top Billing."
With the audience still hooked and brands eager to get on board, Van den Berg said it was only a matter of time before the show made its grand return.
"We, of course, wanted to bring it back," he said.
"We have a willing SABC that believes in us, but I think more importantly, we've got brands like Corona that can still believe in the brand."
And the revival comes with a modern twist: "I think it's an exciting time because we're in a different format. We're in an omni-platform environment where we know how to deliver content to wherever you are," he added.

The reunion event was a star-studded affair, with previous presenters Michael Mol, Basetsana Kumalo, Janez Vermeiren, Jonathan Boynton-Lee, Ryle De Morny, Fezile Mkhize, and Harmony Katulondi all in attendance.
In a clip shared on Instagram, Basetsana Kumalo celebrated the news: "It's exciting to see that S3 has heeded the call of the public to bring back 'Top Billing' because it's part of South African pop culture and it has found resonance with audiences across different demographics."
The post's caption said: "'Top Billing' is coming back to your TV screens in March 2026."
