The overwhelming response was that there is no ideal age and that it's all about readiness, maturity, and finding the right partner

Listeners said emotional preparedness, financial stability, and mutual understanding are far more important than what’s written on your birth certificate.
Some took a scientific approach
Many people pointed out that the human brain only fully matures at around 25 years old, suggesting that waiting until your mid-twenties or later helps you grasp the true weight of a lifelong commitment.
"The prefrontal cortex only fully develops around 25," one listener explained. "That's when decision-making and responsibility really kick in."
Some believe the sooner you start, the better
Many audience members proudly shared stories of tying the knot in their early twenties and said that they are still going strong decades later.

They spoke about growing together, learning together, and enjoying being young parents who can keep up with their kids.
The ones who waited
Another large group felt that waiting until your late twenties or early thirties brought more stability and perspective.
They highlighted the importance of first finding a career path, a financial foundation, and a partner who can weather life’s tougher storms.
Of course, there were those who said never
"Never, if you want peace in your life," said one person.
"Don't have kids, it's a trap," said another.

Even though the comments varied wildly and the majority of listeners believe that ideal ages don’t actually exist, we still ventured out to find some sort of answer.
