There are few songs that capture true friendship as beautifully as 'You've Got A Friend In Me'.
In 1995, Pixar released a movie that was an instant hit.
Over the decades, 'Toy Story' has found a place in the hearts of people of all ages, and as the franchise grew, it gained more and more fans across all generations.
Now, fans are anxiously awaiting the release of 'Toy Story 5', which has officially had its big-time red-carpet premiere in Los Angeles.
'Toy Story' is also known for its memorable quotes and characters.
However, there's one part of the movie that sets it apart from the rest: the soundtrack.
'You've Got A Friend In Me' by Randy Newman is not only an iconic Pixar song, but it's also become something much bigger than that.
It's been the go-to song for friends posting pictures together on Instagram, at weddings, and in other heartfelt moments.
With the release of the fifth movie in the franchise, one of the new songs on the soundtrack might be on its way to becoming just as iconic as Newman's.
The one and only Taylor Swift has written and recorded a special song, 'I Knew It, I Knew You,' for the feature and has opened up about how much it means to be a part of this project:
In her caption, Swift thanks Newman for his musical contribution towards the 'Toy Story' world.
All of this made one moment during the premiere even more special as Swift and Newman took the stage for a surprise performance of 'You've Got A Friend In Me'.
