Social media is going to end up killing us…
Social media is filled with people doing outrageous things and going to extreme lengths all for likes, views, and shares.
And although it makes for great entertainment while scrolling on your phone, there have been many situations where people ended up in danger, or even lost their lives, all in the pursuit of online content.
Instagram user Kaitlynn McCutcheon (@kaicutch) is the most recent content creator to set social media ablaze after her video ended in a dangerous car crash.

While driving, McCutcheon filmed herself singing along to Britney Spears' hit 'Baby One More Time.'
It starts off quite hilarious as she passionately sings along, but then things take a turn for the worse.
As soon as she finishes the lyrics "hit me baby one more time," she loses control of her vehicle and begins sliding across the road.
She tries to regain control, but it's too late. The car keeps sliding before eventually flipping onto its side.
The video ends with McCutcheon grabbing her phone while hanging upside down inside the overturned vehicle.
