How to make your own caricature!
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
It's the first AI trend of 2026, and it might be our favourite one yet.
It was only a matter of time before another AI trend would pop up and take the internet by storm.
The latest one is all over social media, and it really is adorable.

The idea is to ask ChatGPT or any AI tool of your choice to create a caricature of yourself surrounded by things that represent your job.
While caricatures can often be quite extreme and maybe even a little rude, these ones have been turning out great.

And of course, we had to hop on the trend:
Before you create your own, make sure you are using your own ChatGPT or AI program, as it uses your history to create the image.

Using someone else's that's catered to them won't be as effective.
If you want to create your own, but you're not exactly sure what to ask for, here is a step-by-step guide:
- Make sure you have a clear image of yourself (a close-up or selfie will work) with not too much going on in the background.
- Go to ChatGPT and click on 'Attach' to upload the picture.
- Type the prompt: Create a caricature of me and my job based on everything you know about me.
- Click send and see what happens next!
If you have used the chatbot a lot, it will go through everything to create the image because it stores all the information.

You can also tell it to add whatever you want if you are not 100% happy with the result.
For example: "Create a caricature of me and my job. I am a teacher/nurse/radio presenter".
Or: “Create a caricature of me and my job. I am an air hostess who wears a red uniform and flies to long-haul sunny destinations.”
