Khloe vs Kourtney: 'The Kardashians' new season starts with explosive premiere
The first episode of season seven started with a bang, with tension between the sisters already at a high.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan are back with a new season of their popular reality show.

For more than a decade, viewers, fans and haters have been following along as Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kris, Kylie, Kendall, and other family members have shared a look into their lives.
And when you think there couldn't be any more drama left for them to share, the first episode delivers sister fights, major medical scares and much more.

There have been many intense fights between the three oldest sisters, with the most notable incident occurring between Kim and Kourtney.
For the first time, viewers were shocked to see the sisters get incredibly physical and violent on screen.
The sisters have since made peace and moved on, but the sibling rivalry and tension often still resurface.

Kourtney has been the main topic of conversation in many episodes, as Kim and Khloe seemingly "team up" against their sister.
The first episode of 'The Kardashians' season seven was no different.
This time, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian got into a fiery spat.

The family all came together for a reunion dinner at their old El Dorado Meadow house as they prepared to sell the property.
During the dinner, Kourtney told her mom, Kris, that she doesn't want to wear "heels and corsets" like her sister Khloe and Kim, and that she has outgrown that style of fashion.

Kourtney explains that she had a bad experience during a fitting, where the clothes looked good and fit well, but she wasn't comfortable, and she now prefers "casual vibes".
She mentioned that she doesn't want to try too hard, she's "moved on from that era", and she doesn't want to interact with her children while wearing heels.

The real problems started when she shared her new approach to fashion with Khloe.
Khloe and Kim felt that Kourtney's comments were slightly shady.

In another incident, some choice, explicit words were shared between Khloe and Kourtney.
Khloe decided to call Kourtney out for leaving the chat, referencing a phone group chat.

According to Khloe, her sister chose to leave the group because she didn't want to face a specific conversation, but Kourtney said, 'No, it's called protect the energy, and move on."
'You're the one who started. God, I'm exhausted for you,' Khloe said, mimicking Kourtney's words and proceeding also to mock her sister in the confessional.

Outside of the seemingly constant feuding between the sisters in episode one, the episode also revealed that Kim had suffered a serious health scare.
The billionaire told Kourtney that doctors had found a small 'aneurysm' on a recent brain scan.

Her doctors had attributed the cause of the aneurysm to stress.
