Rob Forbes has decided to share and be vulnerable about an addiction he has been struggling with for some time.

It affects your mental, physical and emotional health, your finances, and your relationships.

Rob Forbes has been trying his best to kick a very bad, unhealthy habit, but the struggle is very real.

Like many adults, and unfortunately, teens, Rob is hooked on the vape.

Not only is nicotine addictive, but quitting isn't as easy as some would have you believe, and nobody talks about the dreadful withdrawals.

What started as a way to help cigarette smokers quit quickly became a "trendy" habit of its own, with vape shops popping up on every corner and countries bringing in strict laws about vape use and prohibiting the selling of certain vapes.

Now Rob wants to quit, but going cold turkey doesn't always work.

Luckily, there are many online resources with information about quitting, where to find assistance if you need it, and support for anyone wanting to quit.
