While his wife is away travelling, Rob Forbes decided to treat himself to a nice evening out, but things did not go as planned.
Rob Forbes has been home alone for the last few weeks and has kept himself busy with work and catching up with friends and family.
On Sunday, 12 July, he didn't feel like sitting at home watching TV or making plans, so he headed to Parkhurst in Johannesburg to enjoy a lovely solo dinner, a good book and a glass of red wine.
However, his evening took a dramatic turn when he got robbed, putting a damper on what was meant to be a relaxing Sunday night out.
