Over the years, numerous coffee-related trends have emerged, with Starbucks even introducing an olive oil-infused coffee range.

Now there's a new coffee mix on the block, and it might be a game-changer for gym junkies.

In 2025, proffee has become a popular choice for those seeking to make their coffee more nutritious.

Fitness enthusiasts and health influencers claim this new drink is perfect for the morning when you're on the go or a post-workout pick-me-up.

Starbucks has also jumped on the trend and announced a whole range of proffee drinks that aim to provide 36 grams of protein per grande.

Rob Forbes and Rozanne McKenzie have put their science hats back on and are ready to experiment.
