Safaris are an enjoyable holiday option for locals and tourists, but they don't always go as planned.

You can spend the whole day in the bush and not see a single animal, or you might come up close and personal with a wild animal.

You're still going into their home, without permission, and this has resulted in many "Elephant charges at tourists" stories.

Although the world's largest land animal is as majestic as it is dangerous, elephants can also have a softer side.

Adventures with Elephants is a wildlife sanctuary that saves problem elephants, gives them a second chance at life, and educates people on these animals.

Through the unique interactions they offer, "you might see them for what they are, and therefore think a little bit more about their future, and indeed many other species, in an ever changing and modernising Africa."

Adventures with Elephants was established in 2010, and they currently care for seven elephants, comprising three females, two males, and two babies, Bela and Zambezi.

Recently, the organisation shared an incredible video on their Facebook page, which shows a Land Rover stuck at the dam.

According to the caption, the Land Rover was unable to remove itself from the mud, no matter how hard it tried.

Eventually, Chova spotted the commotion and made his way over.
