Man arrested for driving a vehicle through a mall

out on paying for parking may seem like a good idea, but this man took it too
far.
In a video posted on Twitter, a man can be seen driving what appears to be a municipal vehicle through a busy mall.

The man who took the video can be heard commenting that he thinks the man driving is trying to skip out on paying for parking.
As the man drives through the mall looking for an exit, the shoppers all look at the spectacle in astonishment.

People were quite disturbed by the events, and some were asking where the mall security was and saying that it was lucky nobody was hurt.
