People call for tourist to be ‘sacrificed’ for disrespecting historical monument

tourist visiting ancient sites in Mexico broke the rules and upset other visitors.
A tourist got into trouble with other tourists while visiting the historical site known as ‘Castillo de Kukulcán’ in Mexico.

The tourist garnered the ire of the others when she skipped a fence surrounding the structure and climbed to the top.
The people started booing the woman who then started dancing on the top step of the structure while a member of staff tried to get her down.
When the woman eventually descended the structure, the people around her started chanting that she should go to jail or be sacrificed.

Considering the historical significance of the site, the call for sacrifice must have been a scary prospect.
