A 43-year-old Russian beauty queen went in for plastic surgery to recapture her youth and came out of it unable to blink or smile.

The surgery conducted by two surgeons from Krasnodar in southern Russia cost the woman R62 000.
The beauty queen, Yulia, went in for a facelift, mini-liposuction, and a blepharoplasty (cosmetic correction of the eyelids).
