South Africans braved the cold and queued in front of liquor shops across the country.
Videos of locals singing and cheering in front of liquor shops have been shared across social media platforms as the country welcomed level 3 of the COVID-19 lockdown.
One video showed shoppers singing popular wedding songs in front of a Makro Liquor shop, while another showed long queues outside of Tops at SPAR.
