In a recent statement, they announced that a fully automated experience had been created for shoppers.

The experience is being trialled at a new pick-up point in Richmond Park, Cape Town, and uses robots to assist shoppers.

Customers will be able to collect their parcels from a comfortable front-end, but automated robots will do all the behind-the-scenes things.
