Well,
that was a big surprise.
A video showing an unfortunate accident happening to a boat full of tourists has been doing the rounds on social media.

In the video, you see a boat full of tourists ramp off the back of a humpback whale and go flying through the air.
While the boat is in mid-air, one of the tourists loses their grip and flails wildly as the boat crashes back down.

The incident, which occurred off the coast of the Baja California Sur city of La Paz, resulted in a few hospitalisations but no fatalities.
