A video showing a leopard trying to get its dinner has been doing the rounds on social media because a hippo chased it off.

In the video, you see the leopard hunting for a catfish in the mud when a hippo decided it got too close and made an appearance.
The leopard jumps away and then runs off, leaving the hippo looking satisfied while it wallows in the mud.

Not all was lost as the leopard came back later that night and managed to snag the catfish it was initially after, so it ended well enough.
