A video showing a mother giving birth in the strangest circumstances has been doing the rounds on social media.

In the video, you see a pregnant woman get dropped off at the hospital, where a security guard helps wheel her to the maternity ward.
When the two get into the elevator, the woman is still in labour, but she has a baby in her arms when they get off.
So, at some point, the guard had to help deliver her child while the elevator was carrying them to the ward.

The birth took place at the Medical City Dallas, and the security guard Elias Davila was congratulated for helping the mother.
