It is important to keep up to date with what is happening in the world, but not so much when you are hurtling down the road in a gigantic truck.

A video shows a truck driver busy on his phone whilst driving when he loses control and crashes.
You see the truck veer off the road and tip over, throwing the driver around the cabin like a ragdoll before settling.

At the end of the video, it appears that the driver was unharmed as he tried to climb out of the capsised truck.
