Texas native Amber Mills entered the 11th annual Toilet paper Wedding Dress Contest (yes, there have been 11 of these!) presented by Cheap Chic Weddings and Charmin.
We’re sure that when you think of a wedding dress made of toilet paper, a hideous creation like this comes to mind:
