Billionaire Elon Musk reveals he doesn't own a house
Elon Musk is currently the second-richest man in the world.
Billionaire Elon Musk leads a very secretive life but has recently revealed that he doesn't own a house.
Musk once held the number one spot for the richest man in the world, but was knocked off that perch by Amazon's Jeff Bezos.

According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, he's still sitting pretty with a net worth of $185-billion (around R2-trillion).
Musk recently took to Twitter and revealed a lot about his real estate situation.

As it turns out, Musk doesn't live in some massive mansion. In fact, he doesn't even own the house he lives in!
Musk and his girlfriend, singer Grimes, and their son live in a rented home in Boca Chica, Texas.

Musk, however, is paying $50,000 (R700,000) a month for a prefabricated home from a housing startup called Boxabl.
Boxabl aims to mass-produce low-cost housing by delivering a home in a box that can be assembled within a day!
