Nqayi's skin grows from her brow to her cheeks. This rare condition causes Nqayi not to have functioning eyes.

In January, Nqayi celebrated her 21st birthday in style.

Without having eyes, Nqayi has a clear vision of her future and continues to stay positive.

Nqayi biggest dream is to become a radio presenter. Intle Nqayi joined the Scenic Drive with Rian to talk about the rare condition and her future plans and dreams.

"I received training at Bush Radio. I want to do so many things. I still want to do radio, but I also want to do music and maybe law. I've been blind my whole life, and when I imagine the sun I imagine it to be something big and shinny."

"My hearing is very strong. The most beautiful sound to me is the sound of a piano and a violin."

"I don't mind that I'm blind. I've accepted it and I'm a happy person. There are times when I wish to see."

Tune in to the 'Scenic Drive with Rian', weekdays from 16:00-19:00. Stream the show live here or download our mobile app here.
