Updated | By Jacaranda FM
Rain has finally graced the Cape with its presence and the locals are ecstatic.
After the concerns over water levels in the Cape, the Breede River finally flows freely once again.
Footage of the glorious moment was shared on Twitter by ReenvalSA who explains that the water in the area was much needed. Cape Town and the Western Cape have recently experienced a number of rainstorms which has helped recover the levels of the dams in the area.
